It is about perception, trust, knowledge, service, attention to detail, and the experience created around the product.

You will explore why price does not automatically create luxury, what clients are really buying beyond the product, and how your presentation, knowledge, reputation, and follow-up shape the client experience.

The Diego Mejia Rule: Don't just sell a product. Your communication matters. Your knowledge matters. Your energy matters. Your discipline matters.
